Here are some shots of the Rizoma risers I installed. They moved the bars back about three inches. I though it would keep me from reaching forward to the bars, but now I find myself leaning back to take up that slack! LOL Much more comfortable ride anyhow! Sitting up straight my elbows actually bend! I am 5'9".
I bought these from CruiserCustomizing.com for about $155. They were pricey but I liked the looks of them the best. I had to wait for 6 weeks to get them as well and that was the hardest part. I ordered them six weeks before I went on the cruise to Tennessee and the Dragon (U.S. 129). These things arrived the afternoon of the day we left! Figures! Ha!
I did not have to lengthen any cables to fit these, nor did I have to reroute them under the bar instead of over, as some people have reported doing on their riser changes.
Overall, I love them! Lets me sit back like I am on a cruiser! (and I am).
